PHONICODE administrators manage and set the parameters for :

- The audio/sms functions
- The undesirable operational time range
- The phone numbers allowed
Then, the remote managing of PHONICODE can be achieved via 2 different status :
- Managing status / company, management agent, janitor
- Resident status / landlord, tenant, worker
The managing status allows to manage and set the parameters for :
- The authorised contacts for each residence
The resident status allows to manage and set the parameters (via the web application) for :
- The contact names for the resident’s home
- The phone Numbers
- The audio or sms réception of the calls
- The suitable time slots
- The unwanted visitors’ numbers
- The maximum number of rings for each received call
