PHONICODE, a system that is completely configurable simply via a connected computer

PHONICODE central server is secure and redundant. It is  equipped with a permanent internet connection.
PHONICODE teams offer remote monitoring and can help at any time.
PHONICODE administrators manage and set the parameters for :

  • The opening to the doorbell ringtone
  • The number of contacts
  • The audio/sms functions
  • The undesirable operational time range
  • The phone numbers allowed

Then, the remote managing of PHONICODE can be achieved via 2 different status :

  • Managing status / company, management agent, janitor
  • Resident status / landlord, tenant, worker

The managing status allows to manage and set the parameters for :

  • The authorised contacts for each residence

The resident status allows to manage and set the parameters (via the web application) for :

  • The contact names for the resident’s home
  • The phone Numbers
  • The audio or sms réception of the calls
  • The suitable time slots
  • The unwanted visitors’ numbers
  • The maximum number of rings for each received call
